A very close asteroid 2020 RZ6 approaching, today 9-18-2020 the Earth, at a distance of 383000 km. Compare this distance to the distance Moon-Earth of 384400 km. The passing of the asteroid, will be between the Moon’s orbit and the Earth. In the picture, the white ellipse is the orbit of the asteroid, and the Earth trajectory is in blue. An incredible close encounter. See more in SpaceWeather.com
