Three Practice Problems for the formulas and concepts discussed in the Lectures 19 and 20. Examples have been taken from the HIP catalog for Fomalhaut, Antares, and Deneb. We will calculate distances knowing the apparent and absolute magnitudes, the parallaxes, and intrinsic luminosities, in the following video.
