Trivia 9

How do we orient ourselves in the sky? In the following video I will explain that every object in the sky has an “address” given by two numbers: Right Ascension (RA) and Declination (DEC).

It is similar to how we locate cities on the Earth globe, using latitudes and longitudes, as we saw in the previous Trivia.

RA are measured in hours-minutes-seconds, and DEC are measured in degrees-minutes-seconds.
